CANDIDATES FOR THE INAUGURAL MAN OF THE WORLD PAGEANT 2017 PRESENTED TO THE MEDIA

The official candidates of the first edition of Man of the World Pageant were formally presented to the media last July 20 at Icon Hotel along Edsa-North Avenue. These men travelled far and wide to Manila to compete for the inaugural competition scheduled to have its coronation on July 28 at One Esplanade.
PEPPS President Carlo Morris Galang is just elated with the arrival of the candidates. “This is just exciting. This was once a dream of ours to create an international pageant that can hold its own on a wider global platform following the success of Misters of Filipinas. Now, it’s a reality”.
The completion aims on selecting the best man for the advocacy of spreading educational awareness by forging partnership with different schools and promoting tourism. The educational ambassadors from different nations shall see themselves in various activities both here in Manila and in other provinces such as Negros Oriental to expose themselves on the country’s tourism spots, and to have interactions with various schools.
“I am excited for what is to come, mention P06 Chris Dulagan a police officer, and the representative of the Philippines to this competition. “I am happy that finally, we can show the best of what the Philippines can offer. I welcome all the candidates to this year’s competition”.
Some of the candidates have actually visited the Philippines in the past and are just happy to be back. In the coming days, the candidates will go through a hectic schedule of activities such as vist to Dumagyete; Tanjay City, Negros Oriental, Bais City and Manjudyod, Negros oriental for various preliminary competition then back to Manila in preparation for the finals night.
