A Kapampangan beauty is this year’s grand winner of Miss Silka 2019 pageant during the finale of the search held last Friday, Nov. 29 at Market Market Mall in BGC, Taguig City
Jaimee Nicole Angeles Manio bested other hopefuls representing the different provinces and cities in the country.
