MAKE WAY FOR ALYSSA MUHLACH ALVAREZ, MISS WORLD PHILIPPINES 2018 ASPIRANT

Twenty-two year old Alyssa Muhlach Alvarez is gearing up and all set to compete at the Miss World Philippines 2018 beauty pageant. The eldest daughter of actress Almira Muhlach and PBA legend Paul Alvarez, she also entered showbusiness as a singer when she was 14 years old and has recorded 2 albums one of which turned gold.
She graduated from University of Asia and the Pacific with a degree in Integrated Marketing Communications. Alyssa helped her mom to provide for her family’s daily needs while attending college where she was a scholar. She has 2 siblings Illa and Inna. Despite the family problems that she encountered when she was younger, Alyssa was able to overcome all the obstacles and still grateful for the good and bad experiences that made her stronger and wiser woman that she is now.
She entered Miss World Philippines 2018 because she wants to make a difference and be of service to others by helping abandoned and abused children. She is helping Gentle Hands, Inc., a center that helps children in crisis. Their vision is to rescue and heal children to improve their lives through faith –based and family centered approach.
