





MARY JUSTINE TENG AIMS TO BE THE NEXT MUTYA NG PILIPINAS TITLE HOLDER

Twenty-three year old Mary Justine Teng is all set to compete with forty-nine other equally lovely and smart candidates for the 50th edition of Mutya Ng Pilipinas beauty pageant. She will be representing the historic and progressive city of Muntinlupa. The 5’7” beauty is currently taking-up Arts and Designs at the Philippines School of Arts and Design in Makati City. She is also a licensed and certified gemologist.
In preparation for the pageant, Justine is currently on training with Kagandahang Flores (KF) beauty camp under the strict supervision of beauty queen maker and events director Rodgil Flores. “I am aiming for the top title in the competition which is the Mutya Ng Pilipinas Asia-Pacific International but I will also be very happy and satisfied if I will end up as one of the winners of the major titles at stake. I want to become a beauty queen because it is always been my dream.” she says.
For her advocacy, she wants to get involve with the disaster prevention management specifically to help the victims of typhoons and other natural disasters. Justine also got involved in acting when she did a part in an indie movie entitled “The Sign”. Aside from being an artist, Justine is also into business. She is helping the family food business called Eggets and Co.
But for now, her heart and mind are focus in the realization of one of her dream. On September 3, she and the rest of official candidates will be facing the members of the media as she will start to embark a journey in quest for the Mutya Ng Pilipinas crown.
