ILOCOS SUR LASS TOPS MISS TOURISM PHILIPPINES 2018 PAGEANT

A twenty-four year old registered nurse representing Ilocos Sur bagged the highest title of the recently concluded Miss Tourism Philippines 2018 pageant held at the Tent of Chateau Royale Hotel Resort and Spa in Nasugbu, Batangas.
Kamille Alyssa P. Quinola bested twenty five other hopefuls from different part of the country to win the coveted Miss Tourism Philippines Queen Worldwide 2018. She will be the country’s representative to the inaugural Miss Tourism Queen Worldwide pageant this coming October here in Manila.
The Ilocana beauty responded to the question about what makes Ilocos Sur special, she says that it’s the culture and tradition, the smiles and the value of the Ilocanos are the top reason why you have to visit the province.
The 7 year old national pageant is duly endorsed by the Department of Tourism and being headed by Ms. Amy Abarquez (CEO and president) with her hubby Mr. Tony Abarquez as Chief Finance Officer and Mr. Jom Sapitanan the Marketing and Sponsorship Director. The three hour spectacular coronation night were hosted by Faye Acaba and Will Devoughn.
Other winners of the pageant were Miss Balete Batangas Kathleen Tagle Gomez, Miss Tourism Philippines World;Miss Bacnotan, La Union Jeniel Ela Estrella, Miss Tourism Philippines Universe; Miss Socorro, Oriental Mindoro Loraine Joy Albana Arpia, Miss Tourism Philippines World Ambassador. Runners-up includes Ms. Rosario, Batangas Jan Rose de Castro, 1st runner-up; Ms. Isabela Justine Fernandez, 2nd runner-up; Ms. Caloocan City Nina Monica Madrid, 3rd runner-up; and Ms. Zambales Shermain Rochelle Duave, 4th runner-up. Miss Feneral Trias, Cavite Krizzanthena Charla KC Babano, Miss Tourism Philippines Ambassador.
The candidates paraded in one piece Filipiniana inspired identical swimwear provided by Domz Ramos of DR Swim. The rest of the Top 16 semi-finalists were the representatives from Nueva Vizcaya, Indang, Cavite, Misamis Occidental, Botolan, Zambales, Bacolod City and Valenzuela.
