BOCAUE’S GRAND SAGALAHAN WITH JEWEL OF THE WORLD 2018 CANDIDATES

The Province of Bocaue in Bulacan held it’s annual Grand Sagalahan this year featuring the international delegates of Jewel of the World 2018 last May 24. The event was held at the Saint Martin de Tours Parish compound located at the town proper of Bocaue.
Incumbent Mayor Joni Villanueva welcomed all the twelve delegates from different parts of the world during a ceremonial dinner together with Jewel of the World organization led by its CEO and President Mr. John Dela Vega. Earlier, the ladies had a grand time touring the different scenic spots and attractions of Bocaue including the town museum, Holy Cross and the Philippine Arena, the biggest indoor arena in the world. The province is known as the “Fire Crackers Capital of the Philippines” a progressive and first class urban community and the gateway to the Nothern part of the country. It has an estimated 120 thousand populations and continuosly growing and expected to be conferred as a city in 10 years or so.
Aside from the international beauties, the Grand Sagalahan also featured homegrown beauties of Bulacan and other winners of various national beauty pageants in the country. Nicole Minano – newly crowned Miss Hannah’s World Tourism Philippines 2018, Kimberly Joy Asetre – Miss Sophies Philippines 2016, Rosdhuela Tobias, Queen of Brillancy International 2017 first runner-up, Glady;s Louise Santos – Jewel of the Wold 201-World Peace, Kirsten Lister – Jewel of the World 207 – Emerald, Marah Munoz – Miss World Philippines 2016 2nd Princess and Sarah Jireh Asido – Miss United Continents Philippines 2017.
The inaugural edition of Jewel of the Philippines 2018 will culminate in a grand coronation night this coming May 26, Saturday, 7PM at the Dance Vision Arena, N. Domingo, San Juan City.
