KENLEY FILARCA IS ALL SET FOR MISTER NATIONAL UNIVERSE 2018

Kenley Filarca, a twenty-eight year old restaurateur and a banker from Ilocos Sur is the Philippines representative to the Mister National Universe 2018 pageant in Thailand. The Hua Hin based international pageant for men is scheduled this coming June 13-19.
A special send-off press conference with sashing and crowning of Kenley was held last May 15 at the Icon Hotel in Timog, Quezon City. The event was witnessed by media people and close friends who attended the ceremony. Reigning Mister National Universe 2017 Pankaj Alhlawat of India together with Michelle Vitug Encarnacion President of Belmere leads the crowning and sashing of Kenley as Mister National Universe Philippines 2018. Fashion designer Paul Semira hosted the luncheon event. Representative from Psalmstre, Inc., makers of Placenta soap showed their support for Kenny’s quest for the crown. Last year 2nd runner-up from Thailand Seageme Mekardkard encouraged everyone to come and witness the 2018 edition of the pageant in Thailand this coming June.
Kings of K Events Productions (KKEP) Managing Director Ferdinand Abejon says that Kenley’s participation in the international pageant will be a good showcase of determination amidst adversity and hopes that h will share his good attributes to all the participating candidates. Kenny on the other hand is thankful for the rare opportunity and for the chance to share his platform and advocacy to other countries. He is also a supporter of ant-bullying campaign, Kenny himself was a victim during his younger years when was an obese. He encouraged every victims to turn the table on such negativity by striving hard and work diligently to become successful in life.
