BINIBINING PILIPINAS WATCH 2018 - IN FOCUS: EVA PSYCHEE PATALINJUG - AN OPMBWORLDWIDE EXCLUSIVE
It was a cold Friday night when a group of friends and supporters of Bb. Pilipinas 2018 hopeful Eva Psychee Patalinjug together with some members of the press had a dinner at Oasis Garden at Gateway Mall in Araneta Center, Quezon City. It’s a way of wishing her the best of luck at the final screening this coming Monday, January 15, 2018 at Novotel Hotel. She was radiant and full of confidence as she warmly greeted the media and supporters who came to show their love and support for her.
“It’s going to be a tough batch, but I am prepared like the other more than ninety aspirants this year. I will promise to give my best and work hard because I don’t want to dissapoint you guys . As of this early I am thankful to all my supporters for believing in me and the only thing that I can assure you is I’m gonna really sweat and get tired to prove to everyone that I am deserving to be a Binibining Pilipinas”, Eva says.
The twenty-four year old beauty is a native of Lapu-Lapu City in Cebu and an incoming sophomore Law student of University of San Carlos. Eva has a degree in Nursing at the Cebu Doctor’s University and passed the board exam last 2014. In 2008 she was proclaimed as Miss CVRAA and Miss Palarong Pambansa. She finished second runner-up at the 2013 Miss Mandaue pageant. She held the position of Sanguniang Kabataan chair in her younger years . She was crowned Mutya Ng Pilipinas Asia-Pacific International in 2014.
The 5'8" Eva is the daughter of Liza Marie Sorono ( who also happen to be registered nurse and a lawyer by profession) and Eduardo Patalinjug, an incumbent councilor in Lapu-Lapu. Her hobbies include singing, dancing and cooking. Her specialty is a pasta dish called Truffle Carbonara. She has 3 siblings 2 girls and a boy. In the future, when the right time comes, she plans to follow the footsteps of her father as a councilor of their province and she also want to be a congressman and a senator.
The 2018 edition of Bb. Pilipinas Beauty Pageant will usher the pageant season in the country. Six titles at stakes namely Miss Universe Philippines, Bb. Pilipinas-International, Bb. Pilippinas Supranational, Bb. Pilipinas Intercontinental, Bb. Pilipinas Grand International and Bb. Pilipinas Globe. The finas is tentatively scheduled on March 18 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
