CHRIS DULAGAN, PHILIPPINES BET FOR THE FIRST EVER MAN OF THE WORLD PAGEANT
Hail to the first ever representative of the Philippines to the Man of the World Pageant 2017 – Police Inspector Christopher “Chriz” Comicho Dulagan. He is a native from the Mountain Province and he is currently part of the PNP Aviation Security Group, Terminal 1.
He is set to welcome at least 40 candidates from the other parts of the world in the inaugural staging of the Man of the World Pageant. The main advocacy of the pageant is to empower the youth through education. This newest male pageant is presented by Prime Event Productions Philippines Foundation, Inc. (PEPPS).
Police Inspector Dulagan is very excited to represent the Philippines and to display the warm hospitality of the Filipinos. According to him, he will warmly welcome all the delegates and show the beauty of the Philippines and it’s wonderful people. Likewise, Mr. Carlo Morris Galang, President of PEPPS Foundation expressed his words of gratitude to all the support that the pageant has been receiving from various stakeholders. This is one pageant that we can all be truly proud of. He has also expressed that in the pageant world, it will not matter if we came from different organizations, because our main thrust is to uplift the male pageantry in the Philippines and in the World earning the respect and trust of the public.
A send –off dinner was hosted by the Board of Trustees of PEPPS and was held at the Raging Bull Chophouse and Bar - Shangri-la at the Fort, Bonifacio Global City, Taguig. The selected guests and friends enjoyed the sumptuous dinner and wine toasting to honor our Man of the World Philippines 2017. This newest male pageant has received the support from the Philippine National Police (PNP).
Department of Tourism (DOT) and the provincial government of the province of Negros Oriental
Our Man of the World Philippines will wear the artistic creations and designs of Mr. Edwin Uy and Mr. Olan Roque for his national costume and formal wear respectively.
The official candidates are scheduled to arrive in Manila by 18 July 2017 and will thereafter travel to the Province of Negros Oriental. The candidates will enjoy the warm hospitality of the Negrenses from 21 – 25 July 2017 where exciting activities and adventures await them. The candidates will have their Swimwear and National Costume Competition in Negros Oriental.
The preliminary competition will be held on 26th of July 2017 at House Manila, Resortsworld, Pasay City. There will be a charity event that will further support the advocacy of the pageant and a world-talent competition will also be held for the candidates to showcase their skills.
The Finals Night of the Man of the World 2017 will be held on 28 July 2017- 6:00 pm at One Esplanade, MOA Complex, Pasay City.
