THE SEARCH FOR MR. AND MS. ECO TOURISM PHILIPPINES 2013 IS ON After taking a year of hiatus in the pageant’s scene, one of the most exciting and worthwhile search is back. Highlights Studios International Inc., in partnership with World Wildlife and Eco Registry Foundation Inc is in search for the finest male and female body and faces via 2013 Mr. and Ms. Eco Tourism. The pageant is not only looking for a perfect physical attributes but most importantly somebody who can be an ambassador of the nation’s environmental program. The search will be featured in an hourly-weekly TV program that will highlight the beautiful people, faces and islands of the nPhilippines entitled “MLA 2013”. crossing the greenline…. Aside from aspirants for Mr. and Ms. Eco Tourism 2013, the show will showcase a journey and adventure of diverse culinary, culture and heritage of the Philippines. It will also seek to uplift the present status of domestic and local eco tourism as well as enticing foreign market to visit, explore and invest in various projects in the country. It will also showcase the importance of patriotism thru participation in makng the country a tourism haven. Mr. and Ms. Eco Tourism Philippines 2013 will feature each destination in a delightful and fun-filled reality/documentary film escorted by the local government, as they visit different places to see, interact with people and to taste all of its delicacies while experiencing festivities and other related events. Thus, making the entire pageant a 10-in-1 spectacle of wealth, health, wit, beauty and love for socio-cultural and environmental adventure of global dimension in the call for the protection and conservation of nature’s wildlife habitats. With the pageant final activity held sometime in November this year will be participated by twenty eaight official candidates representing the Luzon, Visaya’s and Mindanao. The “MLA 2013” crossing the greenline…is a new reality television adventure travelogue that have 13 episodes ( 1 hour per episode/week) and will run starting September 15, 2013 over Kapatid network TV 5. Each episodes will features 2 major and 2 minor provinces along with the candidates representing their beloved town and provinces. The pageant will culminate in a grand finale where the highlight is the coronation and awarding of the best choice to represent in the United Nation as our Ambassadors for environmental awareness. QUALIFICATIONS: 18 years of age and not older than 23 years old. Single, never been married and not a parent. At least 5’5” for females and 5’7” for males. High School graduate. Possess beauty and posture. With pleasing personality. Filipino Citizen. Bring portfolio, set card, photos, and swimwear during screening. Title holders, runners-up and special awardees will received cash and other valuable prize packages from sponsors. P150K for the Grand Winners, 50k for First Runners-Up, 20k for Second Runners-Up nd 3 consolation prizes worth 5K each.
