The forty official candidates of Bb. Pilipinas 2019 participated in a “Photo Walk” event last March 27, Wednesday within the Araneta Center.
The ladies were divided into 4 groups. Bb. 1-10 had their shoots at Ali X located at Ali Mall Center, Bb. 11-20 were assigned at the Oasis Garden in Gateway Mall, Bb. 21-30 poses with lensmen at the murals at NFT as their backgrounds and Bb. 31-40 walk the pedestrians along Manhattan Row.
The Araneta center has been declared recently as a tourism district in Quezon City. The center was cited for its diverse features and multi-faceted functionality. It also provides a complete experience for both locals and tourists.
Araneta Center is also the home of the historic Ali mall named after the legendary boxer Muhammad Ali and to the multi-awarded Gateway Mall. It houses more than 2,000 establishments for the visitors to choose from with an estimated one million foot traffic a day.
The iconic Araneta Coliseum which can accommodate to more than 20,000 people is one of the most significant establishments not only in Quezon City but in the whole country. Araneta Center is also accessible to Metro Rail Transportation coming from Pasay, Manila, Katipunan and North Edsa. There are number of other constructions for new businesses within Araneta Center that will surely benefits its growing crowd.
With all these developments expected in the coming years, the Araneta continues to contribute to the city’s ever-changing landscape and the country’s continued progress.
Bb. Pilipinas 2019 activities will continue on Saturday, March 29 for the Talent Competition.
