MAUREEN MONTAGNE AIMS FOR A BACK TO BACK VICTORY AT THE MISS ECO INTERNATIONAL 2018 PAGEANT.

Filipino-American beauty Maureen Montagne was feted with a special send-off party last March 11 at the Sabor Bar De Vinos, Novotel Hotel Manila Araneta Center, Quezon City.
Maureen is set to leave for Cairo, Egypt on March 12 to compete at the annual Miss Eco International pageant on March 29. Present during the event is no less than the President of Miss World Philippines Organization Mr. Arnold Vegafria with the reigning queens of Miss World Philippines 2018 led by Katarina Rodriguez Miss World Philippines 2018, Alyssa Muhlach Miss Worls Philippines 2018 Reina Hispanoamericana and Kimi Mugford Miss World Philippines Multinational 2018.
Maureen is aiming for a back to back title at the pageant won last year by fellow Pinay Cynthia Thomalla. Mr. Vegafria is very optimistic about her chances with the time and effort that Maureen spent for training and preparation for the pageant.
He remarks, ‘We all know how much pressure she faces in trying to surpass the achievements of her predecessor, Cynthia Thomalla. But we must also remember that this isn’t only about glitz and glam. And I believe that Maureen has come prepared to win the battle”.
Maureen says that she is confident that she will do well in the competition and promise to give her 110% to win the crown. She also acknowledged the support of her sisters in MWP for the precious advice and camaraderie.
In the future, she has plan to enter the world of show business and eventually become an actress and TV host.
Maureen acknowledged all the encouragement and support from her Pinoy pageant fans. She says that their support means to world to her and wouldn’t have been able to come this far without the love of her kababayans.
