Teresita Ssen Winwyn Marquez of the Philippines was crowned Reina Hispanoamericana 2017 in Sta. Cruz, Bolivia November 5. She bested more than 20 delegates from Latin and American regions. Teresita is the first Asian to enter the beauty pageant dominated by the latinas in the past years.
