Filipino philanthropists and business partners Jessie Maloles and Nelson Mendoza opens their second branch of Bless Las Paellas, a restaurant that specialized and caters to Spanish food lovers at the Vista Mall in Sta. Rosa Laguna just a few step away from Nuvali. The blessing of the new branch was held last October 15, 2017 and the actual opening is expected to be a week after. Jessie and Nelson opened their first food venture last May of this year along the gastronomic Aguirre St. in BF Pararaque,  the Bless Okiniiri , a Japanese food resto and the first branch of Bless Las Paellas. It was an instant hit to Japanese and Spanish cuisine lovers living within the area and through the words of mouth, it became popular to all fine dining lovers.

To usher the opening of its new branch, a mass was held at the ground level of Vista Mall attended by their friends, family and selected members of the media. There was also a promo on the day of the blessing where customers can win a golden chair worth 50k. For every purchase of churros or sangria is equivalent to one entry.

Aside from being a restaurateur, Jessie is into boutique/hotel business. She also a former Mrs. Philippines International where she competed in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia few years ago and finished as first runner-up among the many contestants of the pageant. Their long term vision for Bless Las Paellas is to have more branch not only in greater Luzon but also in different part of the country as far as in Mindanao. Their prices are reasonable from P200 to P500 with generous serving and complemented with excellent service from the staff.

The event was highlighted with a mini show where  the guests were treated to an afternoon of Spanish dances and fashion.  A fashion show featuring the creations of Rye Baile and Marlo Javier  with models and beauty queens Bb. Pilipinas Maricarl Tolosa, JP Abinuman,  April Tanhueco among others walked the ramp to the delight of the guests. The show was directed by Ogee Atos and hosted by Ryan Tercero and Miss Philippines Earth 2013 Angelle Delos Reyes.
