15 YEAR OLD PINAY PLACED SECOND OVER-ALL IN INTERNATIONAL PAGEANT IN INDIA

Fifteen year old Samantha Iris Libo-on Ricalde, placed 1st runner-up at the recently concluded TEEN FACE OF BEAUTY INTERNATIONAL pageant held in New Delhi, India last September 23, 2017.
10th grader at Angelicum School, Samatha is already stands 5'8" and competed with 44 other teen beauties from around the globe. Prior to her international pageant, Samantha was declared the grand winner of Circle of Ten Walk of Fame a month ago at the Music Museum. She loves reading books and playing volleyball.
During the entire competition, she has the support of her family and friends specifically from her grandfather Ovette Ricalde known as The mother of All Pageants in the beauty pageant industry.
South African beauty topped the competition with Philippines, Siberia, India and Ecuador as runners-up. Samantha wore a Cathy Capistrano creation for the evening gown and national costume competition. She was trained under the strict supervision of Rodgil Flores, the head of the well known beauty camp Kagandahang Flores (KF).
