MISS WORLD PHILIPPINES 2013 PRESS PRESENTATION
Cory Quirino, Chairman and CEO of CQGQ Inc., license holder of Miss World Philippines proudly announces the staging of Miss World Philippines 2013 with the presentation of its 26 official candidates at Solaire Resorts and Casino. The pageant is co-presented by Solaire Resort and casino, Pantene, Olay, Bench, AMA Group of Companies and Fila. This year, Miss World Philippines 2013 patterns its competition after the Miss World model including for the first time its fast-track event - The Sport Challenge. A major highlight of MWP is its Gala Night and Best in Fashion Runway Competition to be held at the Grand Ballroom of Solaire Resort and Casino. The future MWP 2013 wins a grand prize of 1 Million, the biggest prize money offered by any local beauty pageant. MWP is a member of Miss World family with whose Headquarter is in London, England. It is considered the biggest beauty pageant organization in the world with total membership participation of 120 countries. For this reason, the pageant is seen by pageant enthusiasts as the most challenging of all the pageant in the world. Miss World Philippines 2013 will fly to Jakarta, Indonesia in early September to compete in the Miss World pageant on September 28, 2013 at the Sentul International Convention Center, Jakarta.
