LAKAMBINI NG LAS CASAS FILIPINAS DE ACUZAR 2017

Eighteen lovely young women representing the different cities and municipalities of Bataan Province converged at the sprawling 400 hectares Las Casas Filipinas De Acuzar in Bagac for the first ever LAKAMBINI NG LAS CASAS FILIPINAS DE ACUZAR 2017 beauty pageant.
The candidates enjoyed the amenities, sights and heritage tour of Las Casas during the entire pageant. The event was held at the grand ballroom of Hotel De Oriente, a popular and well known hotel in Binondo area during 18th century. The famous landmark was razed and gutted by fire during the World War II but because of modern technology and computerized engineering, the famous hotel was reconstructed inside Las Casas.
The 2-hour fast pace pageant was directed by Rodgil Flores, the man behind the successful beauty camp in the country Kagandahang Flores (KF). Siblings Diana and Donna Velasco of Balanga were both triumphant at the end of the pageant, Diana the younger of the two bagged the Lakambini Ng Las Casas title while Donna was proclaimed Reina Occidente (2nd runner-up). Dianne April Pangilinan of Mariveles was named Reina Oriente (1st runner-up). Congratulations to the entire organizing committee of the pageant and to all the participants.
