Forty year old mother and wife Marilou Tolico-Villanueva is this year’s Philippine reprsesentative to the annual Mrs. Universe beauty pageant from August 26-Sept 03, 2017 in Durban City, South Africa.
Marilou was born in Cebu and now reside in San Pedro, Laguna together with her husband and kids. She was crowned Ms. San Miguel Corporation when she was 14 years old. A mother of four, she want to spread the advocacy of this prestigious pageant for married women which is “Women of the World Against Violence and Human Trafficking”
Francisco Gareth Blanco, the country’s franchise holder have high hope for Marilou. “She is beautiful inside-out. She might pull a surprise during the competition because she has the face and the mind of a perfect Mrs. Universe”.
