MRS. INTERNATIONAL WORLD 2017 LAUNCHED
The inaugural Mrs. World International Beauty Pageant was officially launched last February 18, 2017 at Renaissance Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Present during the occasion are the executives and founders of the pageant Ms. Sharon Too, Timothy and Jonathan Gan. She was joined by some of the national directors from different countries who will be sending their delegates this coming October.
Mrs. International World is not an ordinary pageant. The organizers believed that all married women should be recognized for their beauty and their ability to integrate on what they can contribute to the community. There will be no discrimination as far as age, racial education and physical beauty are concerned. Mrs. International World will play a role in portraying a model and guide for women who thrust for success in work and life. It is a platform for inspirational women to speak for those that might not be heard. It aims to gather women from across the globe who are goal driven, articulate, charismatic and who wish to stand up and make a difference in their homes, communities and respective countries. That is the reason behind the pageant’s advocacy, “Be B.R.A.V.E. Building respect and Value for Everyone and Lets put an end to bullying”.
This year, the pageant will focus on serving the under privileged group within the communities of participating countries. The pageant also prioritized to provide contestants with rigorous training to help them to be more prepared, transform and empower. There are 2 categories at stakes:
Mrs. International World Category – between 25 to 40 years of age.
Classic Mrs. Category - 41 years of age and above.
The Philippines national director is the mother of all pageants Mr. Ovette Ricalde who also appointed as International Project Director of the pageant. While Riza Caldoza was appointed as Mrs. International World Ambassador 2017.
