THE MISS REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES 2017 PAGEANT SEARCH LAUNCHED

The 2017 pageant season comes early for Miss Republic of the Philippines Pageant organization as they formally launched the search for next year’s Miss RP Queen and the formal introduction of Dr. Romulo Aromin, Jr. (Miss RP VP for Internal Cultural Relations) as the ovwer-all Executive Chairman of the 2017 search committee during a Media Press Conference last November 3 at the Expo Hall of Fisher Mall in Quezon City.
“We have decided to launch our pageant search for 2017 for us to have ample time in searching for potential delegates all throughout the country and several Filipino Communities abroad. We want to equal if not surpass the quality of pageants delegates that we have last year when we revived the Miss Republic of the Philippines, one of the pioneer and prestigious beauty and personality search in the country”, says Dr. Aromin, Jr. during the media interview. “We do hope that our valued pageant aponsors and benefactors, loyal friends, regional partners and you, members of the media will continueto support Miss RP just like what you’ve done in 2015, it would be another exciting and fruitful partnership”, he further adds.
Almost exactly a year ago (Nov. 4, 2015) when the revived Miss Republic of the Philippines held its Grand Coronation at the Solaire Theater after a long thirty-nine years of hiatus. Twenty-five year old Diane Ramos, an entrepreneur representing the Province of Zambales, was crowned Miss RP 2015 by the last title holder Joy Conde, Miss RP 1976. Other winners are Beatrice Valiente of Milan, Italy as Ms. RP International, Joselle Mariano of Cavite as Ms. RP Luzon, Sheila Marie Reyes of Valenzuela City as Ms. RP Visayas and Kristie Rose cequena of Sta. Rosa, Laguna as Miss RP Mindanao.
Successful entrepreneur , socialite and one of the country’s best drssed, Ms. Lynette Padolina (CEO and President of Ms. RP) was instrumental in reviving and re-branding the new Ms. RP pageant with primary aim is establishing a pageant search that goes beyond physical beauty and glamour and look for young ladies that will best represent and embody the image of a modern Filipina that is intelligent, self-assured and empowered. The winners of Ms. RP will be actively involved in various socio-civic undertakings and community projects wiyh different government agencies and private institution partners of the pageant.
