Miss Tourism Philippines 2016 Officially Launced
The 5th annual Miss Tourism Philippines 2016 Pageant was officially launched last night, December 14, 2015 at the Novotel Hotel Manila. The event coincided with the Send-Off Press Conference for Miss Roanne Refrea, the current Miss Tourism World Philippines 2015 who is set to compete in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia early next year for the annual Miss Tourism World Pageant. The event also s…erved as a victory salvo for the newly crowned Miss Scuba International 2015 Cindy Maduma.
In response to the government’s call for the promotion of tourism and the arts among Filipinos and foreign countries, the Miss TOURISM PHILIPPINES INC., will stage the national beauty pageant dubbed as “Miss Tourism Philippines 2016”. It will rise and pride itself on being one of the biggest national beauty pageant that does not only focus on beauty, talent, and fitness, but also on global culture and peace, art and tradition and promotions of tourism industry. The pageant is organized by MTP Inc, and (ICON 888 PRODUCTIONS).
With country’s tourism ambassadors gathering together, Miss Tourism Philippines beauty pageant aims to propagate and develop tourism through camaraderie from different cities and municipalities of the country. Likewise, the pageant will showcase the heritage and culture of everyone to appreciate and enjoy their uniqueness. In effect this search will help to promote the different places and scenic spots of each regions.
Miss Tourism Philippines beauty pageant served as a national platform to introduce business brand, tourist cities, fashion and luxury goods from different regions.The long preparations and screenings of the Miss Tourism Philippines 2016, fifty official candidates will be selected across the country competing for the crown which will lead to a grand coronation night on May 28, 2016.
