Twenty-one year old stunner from Rizal Province is the Philippines official representative to the 2014 edition of Miss Globe International Beauty Pageant. Princess Edilyn V. Ramos, a degree holder of BS in Hotel and Restaurant Management at the Tomas Claudio Memorial College is looking forward and ready for the international competition. “I am nervous but excited in my coming international pageant. This is a dream come true for me to represent my country in the international pageant arena” Edilyn says. Standing at 5 feet seven inches tall, she loves singing, dancing and surfing the net. ” At the moment, I am busy preparing for the competition physically and mentally. I’ve been through a lot of trainings in the past month from pasarela, personality development, social grace and how to speak in front of a big audience. I am lucky that I have my family’s approval and support in realizing my ultimate dream, that is to become a beauty queen” she added. A special send-off party was held last September 4 at David Tea House in Timog cor. Tomas Morato attended by members of media from TV networks, newspapers and blogs.
The 2014 edition of Miss Globe International Pageant will be held at the Cystal Hall, Capital City of Baku, Azerbaijan from September
6 to 14. The pageant will be participated by more than 100 countries from different part of the globe. The pageant is an annual celebration of beauty as well as of multiple culture and heritage among the contestants.
