FOOD AND HOTEL EXPO MANILA 2020
The most awaited FOOD AND TRAVEL EXPO MANILA 2020 is now back on its second year, showcasing a variety of food and beverages related products at SMX Convention Center Manila, this coming February 21-23, 2020.
FHEM aims to showcase different Filipino cuisine from the North and South of the Philippines which falls under the theme “Rediscovering the Flavors North and South Culinary Fusion”. The event also delivers unparalleled access to business network opportunities where the industry players can come together, interact and share their view in promoting and strengthening the food, beverage and hotel sector locally and globally.
The food and hotel service industry in the country continus to expand as more and more shopping malls and new hotels are being opened though out the archipelago. The influx of foreign branded restaurants coupled with the growing affluence of Filipino consumers has also contributed to the growth of the HRI sector. This growth in the food service industry provides greater opportunities for exports of U.S food and beverage products to the Philippines.
FHEM2020 highlights enjoyable activities such as the Culinary Master Class that features five cooking demo of celebrity culinary chefs, a live cooking competition that is open to home cook and culinary students and of course a video competition that will showcase the beauty and importance of different native Filipino delicacies.
Moreover, the event convenes a distinguished topics from a set of speakers, invited celebrity culinary chefs, trainers, assessors and panelists who will shed light in the opportunities and challenges of the food and hotel industry while showcasing the latest food services, equipment and technologies available as far as F and B is concerned.
