MARK ARJAN FERNANDEZ M.D. - IMPROVING LOOKS, CHANGING LIVES

Well known cosmetics surgeon in the country today Dr. Mark Arjan Fernandez has made thousands of lives better and re-capture the inner self-confidence with real results of his works.
Dr. Fernandez is a graduate of St. Louis University College of Medicine in Baguio City and started his career in this field of medicine way back in 2003.
