MARIELLE CASINGAL LIM – ANOTHER GIRL TO WATCH OUT FOR IN MR AND MISS PHILIPPINE YOUTH 2020 SEARCH.

A fifteen year-old future chemist is one of the 25 official female candidates for Mr. and Miss Philippine Youth 2020 slated early next year. Tall and graceful Marielle Casingal Lim is pinning her hope to be one of the winners of the 20 year-old pageant intended for young generation.
Marielle had a “Meet and Greet” event last December 12 with selected members of the media from pageant industry at Gateway Mall, Quezon City. She is a Grade 10 student of International Learning Academy in Cainta and plans to take up either Chemical Engineering or Dentistry in college. Her parents, Engelberto and Maricris were both from Northern Luzon and worked in the United States before they finally decided to stay in the country few years ago. She loves to ice skate and play volleyball. She also interested with musical instruments like kalimba and ukulele. She is an in house model of Star Entertainment Productions under the supervision of Miss Rose Jorta, the head of SEP.
During the final screening of the search, she impressed the panel of the screening committee because of her personal advocacy that deals with the protection and promotion of animals welfare. She further explained that animals are vulnerable and they need someone to speak for them. In spite of her many extra-curricular activities, Marielle maintained her scholarship and still manage to share some quality time to bond with her parents and an older sibling. She also did several photo shoots with popular lens men in the pageant industry. During Christmas break aside from enjoying the Holiday Season, she will be busy preparing and training for her forth coming pageant. Among our beauty queens and celebrities, she looks up to Catriona Gray, Pia Wurtzbach and Liza Soberano not only because of their natural beauty but also because of their principles and advocacies in life. She is also well-travelled person. Marielle has been to many parts of the US and European countries.
Let’s wish Marielle all the best of luck at the coronation night of Mr. and Miss Philippine Youth 2020 happening on January 12 at Tanghalang Pasigueno in Pasig City.
