MR AND MISS REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES 2020 LAUNCHED

The 2020 pageant season comes early as one of the most prestigious beauty pageants in the country was officially launched last October 29, 2019 at Lola ni Maria Restaurant, Legend Villas in Mandaluyong City.
Mr and Miss Republic of the Philippines 2020, a biennial search for the most deserving single women and gentlemen in the country that will best represent and embody the mission and advocacy of the pageant and has the capacity to be a global ambassadors of goodwill begins. The good news was announced by Miss Lynette Padolina Chief Executive officer of Mr and Miss RP pageant in front of selected tri-media (television, newspapers and blogs) who attended the simple but important launching.
Also present during the event were Dr, Romulo Aromin, Jr. MD Director for International Affairs, Mr. RD Alba director for television and Mr. Anthony Philip producer of the pageant for TV, the reigning Mr and Miss RP Visayas Lester Abrenica and Tricia Bersano.
Four of the expected 35 official candidates (20 women and 15 men) of the search were also in attendance. They are Verna Abby Catusalem of Aurora Province, Gemma Vales of Cavite, Samira Rivera of Pampanga and Kat Gerance from Oriental Mindoro.
Tentative date of the pageant’s finale is on February 4, 2020 at the grand Ballroom of Sofitel Philippine Plaza in Pasay City.
