GLYSSA PEREZ : GUNNING FOR THE EIGHT TITLE IN HER PAGEANT CAREER

Australian born Filipina Glyssa Perez is back again in the world of pageantry. For the second time, the 24 year-old beauty representing Danao, Bohol is pinning her hope to win one of the six titles at stake at this year’s Miss World Philippines edition.
A graduate of BS Commerce major in Finance in Sydney, Australia, this Visayan beauty is a multi-title holder of various beauty pageants since she was sixteen years old. She was crowned Miss Woodcroft in 2011, Miss WOW Blacktown and Charity, Miss Philippines Australia, Mis Bohol, Miss JCI Visayas, Miss JCI Philippines and way back 2017 she placed 1st runner-up in the Miss World Philippines, her first national beauty contest.
She has been involved in breast cancer prevention in the country and currently worked with the Philippine Foundation of Breast Care, Inc. to ease up the pain and burden of the patients suffering from breast cancer in the country. She focused on the enriching the quality of life of the patients to enable them to be physically and mentally stable.
She wants to make a difference in this world and that is reason why she has dedicated herself in serving the people in her community and hopes to empower them.
This year, Glyssa is candidate #4 among the 40 official candidates of the prestigious national pageant. With the full support of family and fans and with her full determination, Glyssa is on the right track in becoming the next Miss World Philippines 2019.
