ROXANNE BAEYENS, VIES FOR MISS TOURISM AND CULTURE UNIVERSE 2019.

Twenty two year-old Baguio lass is this year’s Philippines representative to the second edition of Ms. Tourism and Culture Universe 2019 from August 22 – 31 in Yangon, Myanmar. Filipino-Belgian Roxanne Baeyens won the local search of Face of Tourism Philippines 2019 last April and set her sights to compete with more than twenty other international delegates from around the world.
A graduate of St. Louis University in Baguio, Roxie is an artist under a popular entertainment outfit that handles popular celebrities. Prior to her joining in the national pageant search, she was crowned Miss Silka Baguio 2018 and went on to compete in the finals and placed second-over all.
Baeyens is more than ready to compete internationally. For the past months she is busy preparing with her campaign #traintoreign. The platform serves its purpose for self discovery, dedication, and commitment to become a better person and be a bona fide example and inspiration to others. She further explained that she will encourage others to do the same and be the best version of themselves.
The 2 year-old beauty pageant supported by Myanmar Ministry of Toursim and PATA was founded by Lamai Robin. The candidates will be touring key cities in Myanmar from Yangon, Nawpyitaw City, Bagan City and back to Yangon dor the grand finale on August 31, 2019.
