PH TO HOST MANHUNT INTERNATIONAL SEARCH IN 2020

For the second time, the Philippines will going to host one of the most prestigious modeling search in the whole world, the Manhunt International. The 20th edition of the modeling search will happen on from February 15 - 22, 2020 featuring the world’s most promising male models.
The announcement was held during a special press conference last June 18 at the Yakal Room of Dusit Thani Manila in Makati City with no less than Rosko Dickinson, president of Manhunt International Organization in attendance together with Mr. Jonas Antonio Gaffud, over all head of Empire Group of Companies (Empire.ph, Empire Studio, Game and Mercator Models) producer of the 2020 edition and the reigning Manhunt International 2018 Vincent Llorach Gonzales of Spain. The afternoon event was hosted by former Bb. Pilipinas-International 2014 Bianca Guidotti. An open forum regarding the forth coming event followed.
Manhunt International modeling search started way back in 1993 with the combined efforts of Rosko Dickinson and the late Alex Liew. Manhunt International is organized in a macho way with outdoor activities, thrilling events, public presentations, talent competition, fun routines. Contestants are judged on their catwalk and runway skills, photogenic ability, personality, and physical attributes.
Manhunt International is organized to promote new faces for the male modeling and fashion industry. The men that enter Manhunt International are also encouraged to become role models and good corporate citizens for younger people to look up to. The search is now considered as the longest running male model contest.
The Philippines won the search way back in 2012 courtesy of June Macasaet when he competed in Bangkok, Thailand. Over forty international delegates is expected to join the search at the Gala World Finals Night on February 22, 2020. The winner of Manhunt international 2019 receives a cash prize, the famous Manhunt Winners ring, a modeling contract and other prizes.
