FORMER BB. PILIPINAS ALMA CONCEPCION REVIVES PAGEANT CAREER

Bb. Pilipinas – International 1994 Alma Concepcion is reviving her pageant days via the inaugural Ms. And Mrs. Grand Universe 2019 slated this coming September 27 here in Manila, Philippines.
The forty-two year old single mother is a pageant veteran. She represented the country in the Miss International 1994 in Tokyo, Japan where she placed among the Top 15 and was adjudged the friendliest, She also won Miss Hawaiian Tropics Philippines way back in 1993. After her illustrious years in the world of pageantry, she entered the showbizlandia.
Ms. And Mrs. Grand Universe pageant is being organized by Guinto Entertainment Production under the mother and daughter tandem of Jenny Guinto and Angela Janine Torres, Official launching was last June 14 held at the Unlicity in Century Mall, Makati City. Also present during the launch were Mrs. International Dr. Risa Caldoza, Jom Sapitanan PR and Marketing Officer and Mother of All pageants Ovette Ricalde.
The inaugural edition of the pageant is expected to draw close to 50 international delegates from all over the world. The beauty contest has 3 categories namely Ms. Grand Universe for single mother ages 25-45, Mrs. Grand Universe for married woman ages 25-45 and Classic Grand Universe open to women 46 years old and above.
The pageant aims to become a platform for women who do not only possess beauty, but most importantly, confidence and caring heart but also advocates for the welfare of her fellow women and children.
