THE RETURN OF SAMANTHA MAE BERNARDO

Twenty-six year-old Samantha Mae Bernardo is in contention again in the most prestigious national beauty pageant in the land. The last year 2nd runner-up resigned from her position to enable her to join again in this year’s search for Bb. Pilipinas 2019 pageant.
The Palawan based beauty is a Hospitality Management graduate of Palawan State University. She was trained under the Kagandahang Flores (KF) beauty camp. Samantha is more confident and determined this time to win one of the six titles up for grab. Aside from her physical attributes, Samantha is also an advocate. Last year she focused on culture and arts. For this year, she is spearheading a program in spreading health awareness to Malaria stricken area like in her hometown in Palawan. She was appointed as a spoke person on malaria prevention in the country. She hopes that someday the Philippines will be a malaria free country.
Samantha is competing along with thirty other beauties for the coveted titles of Bb. Pilipinas 2019. She wants to prove to herself that she can make a difference given a chance to compete internationally. The former Mutya Ng Palawan title holder has high hope this coming June 9 she will be able to pull it through and will finally become a Bb. Pilipinas title holder.
