A WORTH WHILE WORK SHOP FOR BINIBINIS

In line with the theme #BeyondBeauty , the official candidates of Bb. Pilipinas 2019 attended an empowering retreat that would help them to enrich personal growth and recharge from their daily exhausting activities. Dubbed as Self-Love Retreat, the yearly event for Binibinis was hosted by Dr. Lia Bernardo (daughter of BPCI Exicom member Conchinita Bernardo), a well known Psycho-Neurologist in the country. Self-Love is a well being work shop designed for the candidates to appreciate and celebrate their inner beauty.
The event was held at the Versailles Tent of Novotel Hotel Manila, Araneta Center, Quezon City last Thursday, April 11. The exercises were mind and physically relaxing that taught all the participants with new learning on how to respond to a situation than to react negatively. It is an entirely authentic teaching of self-love. The work shop is a perfect start for the ladies to reflect for the coming Holy Week.
