









FIFTEEN BEAUTIES VIE FOR FACES OF TOURISM 2018 SEARCH

Fifteen extra ordinary women were presented to the members of the media yesterday March 8, 2019 during the press presentation of the second edition of Face of Tourism beauty pageant held at Microtel, SM Mall of Asia compound Pasay City.
The event coincides with the launching of World Travel Lifestyle Expo 2019, regarded as the biggest travel expo to hit the country so far this year. Leading travel agencies will converge at the SMX Convention Center on April 5, 6 and 7. The event aims to bring the best travel destinations and the most affordable deals for travelers within and outside the Philippines with participation of various business organizations, airlines, hotels, cruise and others.
The Face of Tourism Philippines Beauty Search aims to bring the beauty, excitement and wonder of the Philippines to a wider audience by putting focus on the Philippine Tourism Industry and all its allied services and aspects. Its main vision is to create a platform that will involve young Filipinas in the task of creating a positive image for the Philippines and becoming an Ambassador for Philippine Tourism.
La Unica Events top honcho Roanne Refrea welcomed all the guests and media members during the press presentation. She says that she is very ecstatic and excited for the second edition of the pageant with all the up coming activities for the official candidates that includes a courtesy call with ATTA – CALABARZON in Talisay, Batangas on March 12, Clark-Subic Tour courtesy of Zoomanity Group on March 16-17, Clean-up Drive in Manila and visit at Baseco Drive on March 24 (tentative), Day Tour at Enchanted Kingdom on March 30 (tentative) and the all important three-day World Travel Lifestyle Expo at SMX Convention Center in Pasay City on April 5, which is the resort wear segment, April 6 which is the Talent Show segment and the Grand Coronation on April 7 which is one of the major highlights of World Travel Lifestyle Expo 2019.
Three titles will be given on the Finals Night, they are Face of Tourism Philippines 2019 who will compete at the Miss Tourism Culture Universe in Myanmar this May, Face of Eco-Tourism and Face of Cultural Heritage. Several special awards are also up for grabs such as Face of Elegance, Face of Beauty, Face of Multimedia and Best in Talent to name just a few and other Corporate awards courtesy of the pageant sponsors.
