WELCOME BACK IRENE!

Reigning Mrs. Philippines Asia-Pacific Global Universe 2019 Irene Bigornia Montemayor brought honor to the Philippines from the recently concluded Mrs. Global Universe 2019 pageant held in Singapore last February 24.
She was bestowed with a significant title of Mrs. Global Universe Special Queen Ambassador 2019 and end-up as 4th runner-up among the more than twenty international delegates of the inaugural pageant. The night before the finals, Irene was voted as Mrs. Charming and regarded by pageant watchers as a shoo-in for the Top 5.
Despite of having a monthly sickness during the coronation, Irene was able to performed well in all aspects of the competition specifically during the final Q and A. She went back last February 26.
A special thanks giving party in honor of Irene’s accomplishment in Singapore was held last March 4 at the Bonifacio Hall of Shangri-La Hotel in BGC. The occasion coincides with the 6th birthday celebration of her daughter Stephany and their 15th wedding anniversary of her husband Carlos Montemayor. Close friends and relatives and selected members from the pageant media attended the event.
Mrs. Mitzie Go Gil chairperson of the Mrs. Philippines Asia-Pacific pageant says that she was very thankful and proud of Irene’s accomplishment in the international pageant for married women.
On her part, Irene was thankful for the opportunity to represent the country in the international pageant arena where she was able to share to her fellow candidates her personal advocacy “Dress to Success” which aims to empower women and encourage them to strive and work harder in life.
