SINGLE MOTHER POLICEWOMAN SET SIGHTS ON MRS. ASIA-PACIFIC PHILIPPINES 2019 TITLE.

Forty-year old single mother SPO1 Mary Chris Abacahin Camacho is raring to win one of the five titles at stake at the inaugural Mrs. Asia-Pacific Philippines 2019 pageant slated on February 3. A special Meet and Greet event was held last January 24 at the Eagle’s Nest Coffee Shop inside Camp Crame in Quezon City. The event was attended by selected members of the press.
The 5’5” beauty native of Pagadian City but moved to Tacloban 13 years ago has two grown-up sons aged 22 and 21 (an IT graduate and 4th year HRM student). She belongs to PNP Class Pananggga way back in 2005. Prior to being enforcer, Mary Chris was a practicing educator. She got separated early to her husband for being abusive and irresponsible father to their kids. The experience has made her stronger and determined to raise her children by herself.
She decided to enter the Police Academy because she wants to follow the footsteps of her father and sister who were both members of PNP. Given a chance to win one of the titles Mary Chris would like to be an inspiration to other women who are suffering from domestic violence and other similar cases having experienced the same plight years back.
Mrs. Asia-Pacific Philippines 2019 is being organized by Queen of Hearts Foundation, Inc. under its national director Mitzie Go-Gil who incidentally one of the reigning queens. She was crowned Mrs. Asia Pacific Tourism 2018 in Malaysia last year.
