US BASED PINAY TO REPRESENT SOUTHEAST ASIA AT THE 2019 MRS. GLOBE PAGEANT.

Forty-five years old Colorado based Shiela Teodoro DeForest will represent the Southeast Asian region in the upcoming Mrs. Globe 2019 pageant in Shenzhen, China from November 22 to Dec. 2, 2018.
The former flight attendant of Emirates Airlines flew in to the country to attend her send-off press conference last November 19 held at the Sunnies Café in Bonifacio Global City. The event was attended by Mrs. Globe Philippines 2017 Carla Krizzle Dimaano, her parents Darcito and Vene Teodoro, selected media members and close friends who help her in preparation for her coming international competition.
Sheila has her own online business called Poshmark where she sells handmade fashion items from the Philippines. Her suppliers are grassroots communities/companies. A native of Pagsanjan, Laguna, Shiela loves to travel, work out, shopping and karaoke singing and cooking. She was appointed by the organizers of Mrs. Globe USA (where she placed 4th over-all) to represent Southeast Asia in the prestigious international pageant for married women. She is a ramp and commercial model way back in the 90s (she joined Supermodel Philippines 1992 and Bodyshots 1998) She was part of the Department of Tourism “WOW Philippines” campaign that toured in various key cities abroad together with some seasoned models.
The 5’11” tall former model is a graduate of BS Tourism at UP AIT Diliman campus. She got married 5 years ago to Timothy DeForest in a wedding ceremony in Panglao, Bohol. She is in full support against child abuse and abandonment and an advocate for women empowerment and mental health.
Her wardrobes will be provided by some of the countries noted fashion designers (Edwin Uy, Delby Bragais, Joel Bautista and Jor-El Espina). She is leaving tomorrow, Nov. 20 to start her campaign one of the most prestigious beauty pageants for married women.
